How do I book a transfer?

The most efficient way is to use our online booking form or contact us via WhatsApp. For last-minute requests or complex itineraries, please call our 24/7 dispatch line.

Is there an additional charge for flight delays?

No. We monitor your flight status in real-time. Your chauffeur will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost, ensuring peace of mind even if your flight is delayed.

What is the "Meet & Greet" service?

Your chauffeur will wait for you in the arrivals hall with a personalized name sign (or your company logo). We ensure you are assisted with your luggage and guided directly to the vehicle.

How and when do I pay?

We offer flexible payment options: Credit/Debit card directly in the vehicle, Cash to the driver, or Invoicing for our corporate partners. All rates are all-inclusive with no hidden fees.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. Individual transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. For corporate events, specific terms apply.

Are child seats provided?

Yes. Safety is our priority. We provide child and infant seats free of charge upon request. Please specify the age and weight of the child in the booking form.

What is the minimum booking time for a transfer to/from Vienna Airport (Schwechat) to Bratislava?

For best availability, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Urgent transfers (within 2–4 hours) can often be arranged – just call or WhatsApp +421 907 250 570.

Can I book a transfer to Schwechat from cities other than Bratislava?

Yes – we serve all of Slovakia, Vienna city center, Brno, Győr, Nitra, Košice, etc. Just specify your exact pickup address in the request form.

Do you provide English-speaking chauffeurs?

Yes, the majority of our drivers speak fluent English. If you need another language (German, Russian...), mention it during booking.

Can I book a round-trip (return journey)?

Absolutely – booking both ways at once is the most convenient and often comes with a discount on the return leg. Include it in your form.

How does payment work for corporate clients?

Business clients receive an invoice with 7-14-day payment terms. Simply provide your company ID/VAT number when booking.

Do you have electric or hybrid vehicles?
